On the basis of absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad, our company has carried out an improved and optimized wedge type hollow blade dryer, which can indirectly heat or cool the paste, granular, powdery and pulverized materials, and complete the unit operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction and low-temperature calcining. The special wedge type agitating heat transfer blade has high heat transfer efficiency and self cleaning function of the heat transfer surface.

Summary:
The hollow shaft is densely arranged with wedge-shaped hollow blades, and the heat medium flows through the hollow shaft through the blades. The heat transfer area in the effective volume of the unit is very large. The temperature of the hot medium from -40 to 320 C can be either water vapor or liquid type: hot water, heat conducting oil, etc. Indirect conduction heating does not carry air to carry heat, and heat is used to heat the material. The heat loss is only the heat dissipation from the insulation layer to the environment. The heat transfer surface of the wedge blade has self-cleaning function. The relative movement of the material particles and the wedge surface produces a scrubbing effect, which can wash off the attached material on the wedge surface and keep the clean heat transfer surface in operation. The shell of the impeller dryer is W, and two to four hollow stirring shafts are generally arranged in the shell. The shell has a sealed end cover and an upper cover to prevent material dust from leaking and collect material solvent steam. A stop wrench is arranged at the discharge port to ensure the height of the material level, so that the heat transfer surface is covered by the material and can play a full role. The heat medium passes through the rotary joint and flows through the shell jacket and the hollow stirring shaft. The hollow stirring shaft has different internal structures according to the type of the heat medium, so as to ensure good heat transfer effect.



Application:
Paddle dryer has been successfully used in food, chemical, petrochemical, dyestuff, industrial sludge and other fields. The characteristics of heat transfer, cooling and stirring of the equipment enable it to complete the following unit operations: calcination (low temperature), cooling, drying (solvent recovery), heating (melting), reaction and sterilization. The stirring blade is also the heat transfer surface, which increases the heat transfer area in the unit effective volume and shortens the processing time. The heat transfer surface of the wedge blade has self-cleaning function. Compression expansion mixing function makes the material mix evenly. The material flows along the axial direction into "piston flow", and the temperature, humidity and mixing gradient of material are very small in the axial section.
By using heat conducting oil as heat medium, paddle dryer can finish calcining at low temperature. Such as: two water calcium sulfate (Ca) Two SO Four 2H Two O) calcined into semi hydrated calcium sulfate (Ca). Two SO Four 1/2H Two O). Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO) Three Calcined into soda (Na). By cooling medium, such as water and cooling brine, it can be used for cooling. For example, the blade cooling soda machine used in soda industry instead of the old air cooling soda machine saves energy and tail gas treatment equipment, reduces operation cost, and can also be used for cooling titanium white, nickel iron alloy powder and various granular materials. The material can be cooled from 1000 to 40 degrees in a single machine.
The main function of drying equipment is not to use hot air, so that solvent recovery, energy consumption and environmental control are in an easy to handle ideal state. It is especially suitable for recovering solvents, inflammable and oxidizing heat sensitive materials. It has been widely used in fine chemical industry, petrochemical industry and dyestuff industry.
The uniformity of temperature, humidity and mixing degree in the axial section enables the equipment to be heated or melted, or to react with some solid materials. It has been successfully used in compound fertilizer and modified starch industry. Paddle dryer can be used to sterilize food and flour. The large heating area in the effective volume of the unit will quickly heat the material to the sterilization temperature, avoiding the long time heating and changing the quality of the material.

Petrochemical Industry: polyolefin powder, polycarbonate resin, high and low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, polyacetal granule, nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 12, acetate fiber, polyphenylene sulfide, propylene resin, engineering plastics, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl alcohol, polystyrene, polypropylene, polyester, POM, styrene acrylonitrile copolymerization, ethylene propylene copolymerization.       
Environmental protection industry: PTA sludge, electroplating sewage sludge, boiler ash, pharmaceutical factory waste residue, sugar factory residue, monosodium glutamate factory waste residue, coal ash.        
Feed industry: soy sauce residue, bone based feed, distiller's grains, food corner products, apple pomace, orange peel, soybean meal, chicken bone feed, fish meal, feed additive, biological sludge.
Food industry: starch, cocoa beans, corn kernel, salt, modified starch and medicine.
Chemical industry: soda ash, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer, kaolin, bentonite, white carbon black, carbon black, phosphogypsum, sodium fluoride, calcium nitrate, magnesium carbonate, sodium cyanide, aluminum hydroxide, barium sulfate, calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate, dyestuff, molecular sieve and saponin.

Characteristic:
The energy consumption of paddle dryer is low: because of indirect heating, there is not a lot of air to carry away heat, and the outer wall of dryer is also provided with insulation layer. For slurry material, evaporation of 1kg water requires only 1.22kg steam.
The system of paddle dryer is low in cost: the huge heat transfer surface in the effective volume of the unit shortens the processing time and the equipment size is smaller. Greatly reduced the construction area and building space.
Wide range of material handling: using different heat medium, it can handle heat sensitive materials and handle materials requiring high temperature treatment. Common media include steam, heat conducting oil, hot water, cooling water and so on. It can be operated continuously or intermittently, and can be applied in many fields.
Environmental pollution is small: no air is used and dust materials are seldom entrained. The amount of solvent evaporation is very small, so it is easy to handle. Closed circuit can be used for polluting materials or recovering solvents.             
Low operating cost: normal operation of the equipment, only 1-2 persons / day. Low speed mixing and reasonable structure. Wear is small and maintenance costs are low.
Stable operation: due to the special compression of the wedge blade, the expansion and stirring effect makes the material particles fully contact with the heat transfer surface. In the axial section, the temperature, humidity and mixing gradient of the material are very small, thus ensuring the stability of the process.
