Summary:
Disc continuous drier is an efficient continuous drying equipment. Its unique structure and working principle determine its high efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, and good operation environment. It is widely applied to drying operations in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural and sideline products processing industries. It has been well received in various industries. It can be divided into three main types: atmospheric pressure, airtight and vacuum; 1200, 1500, 2200, 3000 and other specifications; A (Tan Gang), B (contact material part stainless steel), C on the basis of B, adding steam pipeline, spindle and bracket stainless steel, cylinder and top lining stainless steel) three kinds of material, dry area 4 to 180m Two A total of several hundred types of products, and provide auxiliary equipment, to meet the needs of users drying various materials.


Characteristic (1) regulation is easy and applicability is strong.
1. by adjusting the material layer thickness, spindle speed, rake arm number, rake blade type and size, the drying process can reach a good state.
2. each drying tray can be heated into the hot medium or cold medium, heating or cooling the material, heating the material evenly, and controlling the temperature accurately and easily.
3. the residence time of materials can be adjusted accurately.
4. material flow direction is single, no backmixing phenomenon, uniform drying, stable quality, no need to mix again.

(two) the operation is simple and easy.
1. the drier and parking operation is very simple.
2. when the feed is stopped, the rake leaves that convey material can quickly empty the material in the dryer.
3. through the special large size inspection door mirror, the equipment can be carefully cleaned and observed.

(three) low energy consumption
1. the material layer is very thin, the spindle speed is low, and the material transfer system needs less power and less power consumption.
2. drying by heat conduction, high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.

(four) the operation environment is good, recyclable solvent, and dust emission meet the requirements.
1. atmospheric pressure: because of the low airflow speed and the high humidity and low humidity in the equipment, dust is difficult to float to the top of the equipment, so the exhaust gas discharged from the top outlet has almost no dust.
2. closed type: equipped with solvent recovery device, it can easily recover organic solvents in wet gas. The solvent recovery device is simple and the recovery rate is high. For inflammable, explosive, toxic and oxidizable materials, nitrogen can be used as a wet gas to carry out closed cycle operation to ensure safe operation. It is especially suitable for drying inflammable, explosive and toxic materials.
3. vacuum type: disc drier operated in vacuum, especially suitable for drying of heat sensitive materials.

Technical characteristics:
(1) drying tray
1. design pressure: generally 0.4MPa, up to 1.6MPa.
2. maximum use pressure: generally less than 0.4MPa, up to 1.6MPa.
3. heating medium: steam, hot water, heat conducting oil and drying tray. The temperature is heated by hot water at 100 degrees centigrade. When the temperature is 100 0.4MPa to 150 C, the steam is heated by steam of less than or equal to 100 degrees, and heated by superheated steam.
(two) material delivery system
1. spindle speed: 1~10 turn points, electromagnetic or variable frequency infinitely variable speed.
2. rake arm: there are 2~8 rake arms fixed on the main shaft on each drying tray.
3. rake blade: twisted on the rake arm, can keep contact with the up and down of the disk, there are many forms.
4. roller rolling: the rolling and rolling of the materials that are easy to lump and need to be crushed in proper position can strengthen the heat transfer and drying process.

(three) shell
There are three types: atmospheric pressure, airtight and vacuum.
1. atmospheric pressure: cylinder or eight prism type, with two kinds of structure. Heating medium inlet and outlet main pipe can be inside the shell or outside the shell.
2. closed type: cylindrical shell, can withstand 5Kpa internal pressure, heating medium import and export main pipe can be inside the shell, also can be outside the shell.
3. vacuum type: cylindrical shell, design pressure of -0.096Mpa, heating medium inlet and outlet main pipe in the shell.

(four) air heater
Generally used in the configuration of the induced draft fan to prevent humid air from entering the main engine, affecting the drying effect.

(1) organic chemical products
Polyvinyl chloride resin, polytetrafluoroethylene resin, fumaric acid, anthraquinone, nitroanthraquinone, p-aminophenol, melamine, cyanuric acid, p-aminophenylsulfonic acid, antioxidant 168, phenol As, stearate, aniline, nitro aniline, dipentaerythritol, chlorinated paraffin, calcium formate, three ethylene two amine, benzylene. Sodium sulfonate, interphenyl two carboxylic acid, two methyl ester five sodium sulfonate, thiourea, oil soluble aniline black dye, acid black dye and other organic chemical raw materials and intermediates.
(two) inorganic chemical products
Light calcium carbonate, active calcium carbonate, nanometer grade superfine calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, white ash black, strontium carbonate, barium carbonate, potassium carbonate, lithopone, insurance powder, barium sulfate, potassium sulfate and microspheres. Catalysts, magnesium hydroxide, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, nickel acid amine, sodium molybdate, sodium chloride, cryolite, iron oxide red, lithium hydroxide, nickel hydroxide, zirconium hydroxide, calcium phosphate, sulphur and so on.
(two) medicine and food
Ampicillin, Deng salt, l-phenylglycine and intermediates, cephalosporin, ceftriaxone, anamnion, cimetidine, vitamin B12, vitamin C, medicinal salt, medicinal aluminum hydroxide, magnesium metasilicate, caffeine, tea, flower extract, Ginkgo biloba, chocolate powder, starch, corn germ and other raw materials and pharmaceutical intermediates.
(three) feed and fertilizer
Potassium carbonate, biological potassium fertilizer, protein feed, feed chlortetracycline, mycelia, bran, grains, grains, seeds, herbicides, cellulose, feed calcium hydrogen phosphate and so on.


Principle:
The wet material feeder is continuously added to the first layer of drying tray on the upper part of the dryer, and the rake arm with rake blades is used for rotary movement, so that the rake arm can continuously turn over the material. The material flows along the index spiral surface through the drying tray surface, and the material on the small drying tray is transferred to the outer edge, and the material moves on the large drying tray and falls from the middle blanking hole into the next small drying tray. The size of the drying tray is alternately arranged on top and bottom, and the material can continuously flow through the dryer. The hollow drying tray is heated into a heating medium. The heating medium has saturated steam, hot water and heat conducting oil, and the heating medium is driven by one end of the drying tray and exported from the other end. The dried material falls from the last drying tray to the bottom of the shell, and is finally moved to the discharge port by rake leaves. The wet steam escapes from the material and is discharged from the discharge port arranged on the top cover. The wet steam of the vacuum disc drier is extracted from the vacuum pump mouth arranged on the top cover. Dry materials discharged from the bottom can be directly packed. By adding finned heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag type dust collector, dry mixing backmixing mechanism and induced draft fan, the drying capacity can be improved, dry paste paste and heat sensitive material can be dried, and solvent can be recovered conveniently, and pyrolysis and reaction operation can be carried out.
